Easy access off the Potomac. Nice facilities. Small convenience store nearby. Dog friendly. Park next to the marina. Old Town Occoquan a dinghy ride away.

Nice marina just off the Potomac in an upscale condo community, at a reasonable price. Efficient, friendly dockmaster and staff (thanks David). Well-maintained floating docks. Good security with passkey locking gates. Not many landside marina services, other than fuel, laundry and restrooms (no pool, boater's lounge, etc.) but most clients are drive-in. Really nice park just outside the docks, with monthly live music and lots of locals walking around.

Great marina. Beautiful location, easy in and easy out. Dinghy to a nice restaurant on the water. Perfect stop for our trip to Washington DC, we liked it so much we changed our plans and went back on the way out.

A beautiful, quiet marina located close to the entrance of the Occoquan River. Belmont Bay Harbor is the closest marina to the Potomac River on the Occoquan.
