Watch Hill Marinas is a collection of three distinct marina properties located along the Pawcatuck River in Westerly, Rhode Island: Avondale Boat Yard, Lotteryville Marina, and Cove Edge Marina. Together, the properties provide seasonal and transient dockage, storage, fuel, and convenient access to Watch Hill, Fishers Island Sound, Block Island, and Long Island Sound. When submitting a booking request, our team will help place you at the marina property best suited for your vessel and boating needs!

• Avondale Boat Yard – The full-service hub of the portfolio offering gasoline and diesel fuel, indoor and outdoor storage, service capabilities, and seasonal/transient dockage.

• Lotteryville Marina – A historic marina property established in 1749 offering a classic New England marina atmosphere with convenient access to Watch Hill and Long Island Sound.

• Cove Edge Marina – A quieter marina setting featuring seasonal dockage, upgraded shore power and water hookups, and easy boating access throughout the region.
