Anchorage Marina

Great location and friendly staff. Wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool.

We had a week long stay here in Baltimore, a city we were so excited to visit. First, the staff was terrific. Great floating docks. Some construction going on, but nothing problematic. A large lounge to read or visit in. Adequate restrooms with showers. Laundry was reasonably priced. The problem: there is an insect problem, namely midges. They are everywhere. You would wash them off the boat, and they would be back an hour later. You would walk off the boat and be swarmed. They would leave a green discharge on everything. Now, this is not the Marina's fault. But there are eradication programs that the city could implement. We left early, despite having paid for a week,and unfortunately will not be back until they can get the insects under control. It was quite uncomfortable.

Very nice marina with superior folks running the show. The bathrooms are cleaned daily and very pleasant. The docks are solid and floating, but the city of Baltimore is redoing something along the shoreline and there are several docks which cannot be used at the moment. The marina has locked dock entrances. It is close to Fells Point and other nice points of interest. There are many many great restaurants very close by.

Anchorage Marina is an excellent marina with great amenities, including excellent staff, swimming pool, weekend entertainment every Saturday night in the summer, Saturday morning breakfast in the boaters' lounge every weekend during the season, etc.

It may not be the newest marina in Baltimore but it's by far the best! There's a community here that is unlike any other marina. Visitors are welcomed - not only by the staff, but by the slip holders as well. With floating docks, a large floating picnic area (with grills and running water), a floating pool and bath house, and in-slip pump outs, this is more like an urban resort than a marina. Wayne and his staff are very accomodating to visitors - whatever you need, don't hesitate to ask and they'll try to get it accomplished for you. For supplies, there's a West Marine a block away, a Safeway (grocery store) across the street, and even an Ace Hardware within walking distance. And don't forget about the many bars and restaurants in the Canton and Fells Point areas - all within walking distance. The marina can handle boats to 65' in slips and larger boats (including catamarans) are welcome on the bulkeheads. Can't recommend Anchorage Marina highly enough!

Great staff, great facilities!

Great marina. Really helpful and friendly staff. Fabulous location and amenities. Everything you need is here and close by. Short walk to supermarket and restaurants. Bigger shopping complex only 20 mins walk. Fells Point was 15 mins the other way with big selection of bars and restaurants.

10/25-This was our third stay at Anchorage Marina. Always a good stop. Easy access to supplies and restaurants. The Canton neighborhood has a great selection of restaurants. The Anchorage staff is always friendly and willing to lend a hand.

Wayne and his team are outstanding!! Everything you need is an easy walk from the marina!

Top notch personal and terrific docking assistance

Extremely pleasant 5 day stay at Anchorage. Dockmaster, Wayne, personally greeted us and helped tie-up on arrival. He is onsite and available to help if any issues arise. We had none! Facilities are very clean; large captains lounge, laundry & showers. Hot Hot water w great pressure is always appreciated! Walking distance to Fells Point for shops, bars & amazing food. Safeway, hardware & West Marine all a short walk. Bonus points for hair salon w/ very skilled stylist onsite! Highly recommend!

Dockmaster excellent. Slips easy to get in and out of with decent approach. Showers and bathrooms were good and kept very clean. We had a berth with a quick walk to showers/bathrooms...would imagine to be somewhat problematic with other slips. No reliable internet

Great dockmaster. Wayne is one of the top two or three on the East Coast. Facilities are clean and location is convenient to the necessities and key cultural and culinary spots.

Really cool Marina in downtown Baltimore. There’s plenty to do nearby and the marina is safe and secure as it is gated. The pool is really cool, which is a floating pool out with great views of the city.

A friendly, quiet marina. Close to many restaurants and retail stores. A free concert on the pier while enjoying the night’s activity in the Harbor. Long walk to the bathhouse but clean facilities. Enjoyed free continental breakfast!

Anchorage Marina never disappoints. Every Saturday in the summer there is a dockside band. The marina pool overlooking the harbor was a refreshing diversion. Dockmaster Wayne Easton was super helpful as always. Ate at a sushi restaurant across the street from the marina.

A truly wonderful marina! You won't want to leave! Our Stingray Point Cruising Group stayed here last year for two nights and liked it so much, we came back this year and stayed three nights! A big shout out to Dock Master Wayne and his crew for the great job they did to keep our group together and the help they provided to get everyone get into their slips. He ensured our entire stay was pleasant! April made planning for a cruise group to come here easy! A big thank you!

Nice facility with good location for resupplying. Many restaurants within walking distance, the only downside is that they need more trash cans on the docks. The pool is a plus.

Great location with access to lots of shopping and restaurants. Quiet, protected waters. Friendly, helpful staff and well-maintained facilities.
