The Ocean Resort at Bath and Tennis

This was our first time at this marina, and we had an amazing weekend, and already rebooked before we left! The dockmaster and dockhands, especially Noah, were so welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we backed into the slip until we left and they helped us untie and shove off!! The facility has great amenities with the marina, pool, beach, live music, happy hour, restaurant, rooftop deck and tiki bar - those two lady bartenders were the BEST! Everything was clean (including the bathrooms, which were spotless) and seemed either new or well maintained. The lifeguards in the pool area could be more welcoming, friendly & attentive, especially when guests first walk in and try to figure out where to set up, etc. Otherwise, like I said, the resort & marina were amazing and we love it there, and can't wait to go back!! Updated following our return trip - dock crew was awesome again and couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating and welcoming! The pool and beach attendants definitely could have been more welcoming and helpful. I don't know if it was because we're transients, but we felt like we were bothering them, even when they seemed to have nothing to do, and were on their phones, avoiding eye contact. If the policy requires them to help us with lounge chairs and towels, they should at least be more willing and happy to help. Otherwise, we would have gladly helped ourselves.

Dock personnel are terrific! Very responsive. We have been coming here for 30+ years and we love it here . 5min to the ocean beach and 20min walk into town

We got married here 30 years ago. Coming back via water and staying at the marina was great. The dock master, dock hands and staff at the resort were all helpful and accommodating. The amenities are equally great! We will be back!

We have stayed here twice. The place is awesome. They help you tie up your boat, they bring what you need, the facilities are lovely and your very close to town. It is great vacation spot.

Love the staff at the marina. Resort is beautiful and we always have a great time here.

We love it here. It offers everything. Beautiful resort, pool, beach, marina all close to a great town.

Absolutely horrible. Website says shuttle service to town, breakfast & lunch, bathroom & showers. What they don’t say is shuttle does not run every day, no breakfast & lunch during the week. The BR & showers were disgusting… mold on the curtains that looked like they had not been changed in months, not cleaned in awhile with customers leaving their discarded stuff all over and the staff not cleaning regularly, no toilet paper in the bathrooms. Obviously no one is looking at these conditions…. And all of this for $9.50 per foot. Unbelievable. The only good thing was the heated pool, except they ran out of towels and lounge chair covers. This place deserves 0 stars. Extremely disappointing. Deplorable conditions !

Another Outstanding stay at this resort! We stayed last 2 seasons. Dock hands ready to assist us on arrival. Get wrist bands at hotel check in each day. Hope to be back next month! Thanks!

My wife and I love this destination - well worth the challenge of navigating the shallow waters of Bellport & Moriches Bay.
