$58 per day for electricity in September is just ridiculous. Come on NBB - you can do better. The rest is ok. Service is good (except 12-1 when they are at lunch and there is no service). The place is very clean and in a great location. Spring and fall when the rates are low make this an ok value.

Good stay and super crew helping us dock and obtain pump out service. Things were different from last year’s visit (a week earlier) where we were greeted with a map, guides, and a doggie amenity kit upon arrival. Not this year. We were informed they no longer provide this for “early season” visits. Our pup was sad there were no snacks for her. She doesn’t know what week or month it is. These little things make a big difference to us.

Off season prices were appreciated especially having a dock for less then warm sunny weather. Nantucket is always great!

The Marina Staff was outstanding and so friendly! Our Slip was perfect. The Marina is clean and welcoming! The Welcome Bag was lovely and had a lot of Nantucket information that allowed us to plan excursions. There is so much to do within walking distance.

They did not get five stars because: when I made the reservation initially, I was waitlisted for some of the the nights I wanted. It turned out that the marina was not even half full while I was there. Why is that? It is disappointing that they could not/would not give me the nights I wanted.

Good Afternoon - At the time of booking, we were carefully monitoring reservations since our staff are still in training and some arriving to the island for the first time. We like to make sure to have enough staff to accommodate the number of reservations/boats inside the marina, and to provide the highest level of service. It looks like we were able to add Friday night for you, so if there is something we missed please let the office know so we can improve your experience next time.

The staff at Nantucket Boat Basin are extraordinarily personable and professional. We had anticipated staying three nights, but due to foul weather had to extend our stay. The staff at the Boat Basin were beyond accommodating - going out of their way to ensure we still were able to enjoy our time in Nantucket between providing restaurant and activity recommendations to welcoming our pup with some gifts. We couldn’t recommend the Boat Basin more!
