Great protection, easy fuel dock, good access to town.

We used to love going to Gulfport, hanging off a mooring ball, and enjoying all of the charms ashore. However, there is now no way to land a dinghy on shore...literally all access is prohibited since the dinghy dock was wrecked in the last hurricane. Boaters should know this before planning a visit there. We will not be returning until the dock is repaired and we can go ashore.

What a wonderful marina! Everyone was so friendly. John and Chris are top notch! The town is less than a mile away, so easy walk. Great restaurants. Charming town. Highly recommend!

Very accomodating! We had a sterring problem and they allowed us extra time to fix it. The staff is really competent and wants to help you with anything. We'll go back for sure.

Gulfport Marina was able to accommodate us on short notice for a two night transient stay. We needed a sheltered marina due to a small craft advisory with strong winds expected to be over 30 mph. We received detailed instructions on accessing the marina and were quickly tied to the floating dock. The facility is very well maintained, secure and clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. We were within walking/biking distance to grocery stores and many restaurants. When we fueled up on our way out, the diesel price was significantly less than that of the gas station up the street. Highly recommend!

The mooring balls are sailboat only. Power boats not allowed. Dockwa needs updated to note this. Marina accomidated by going to wet slip. Was not notified of restriction until receiving registration email

Very quiet and protected marina! We arrived after hours and were told our tie up would be on the long western floating dock. Thankfully we have a bow thruster as it would have been incredibly hard to get into the spot without it. Short walk to clean new bathrooms. Very secure marina. Key fob needed to enter and exit. Would definitely stay again.

Great stopover point, good diesel prices. Clean bathrooms and convenient to walk to supplies. Water is a little skinny for a sailboat with 5.75' draft, but we snuck in there anyway. Use the range markers to line up with the "channel" into the marina. Thanks George for the catch and release.

Nice quite clean Marina. Helpful staff and lots of restaurants and shops by dingy or 15 min walk. Good Diesel prices.

John and George were great in their help and hospitality. They provided plenty of local information and their facilities are outstanding. Sorry that it took three hurricanes to get a rebuild, but they have done an excellent job. We would gladly make a detour to come back to Gulfport Municipal Marina!

The Gulfport Marina stop was fantastic, the staff were super nice and helpful. The transient dock was perfect for our one night stay. The marina is a few blocks from the downtown area where there were plenty of restaurants and bars to hang out at and spend the afternoon and evening. The bathrooms were large and clean, the transient dock had electricity and water, everything needed for our quick stop! We will be back!
