Central location, friendly and accomodating staff. No facilities - bathroom/shower despite listing saying they had them.

As long as you boat can come under the storm barrier, its a great jump-off point to explore Providence. Walking into town was easy.

Great August 2020 overnight stay. Dockmaster was super accommodating when power was not available at our slip. Great restaurants nearby. Fun way to be in the city. Will be back in 2021. Currents can be tricky on outer docks.
