We stayed on a mooring for 3 nights at the end of September. There were still lots of members and visitors using the Club facilities, making it a very warm and welcoming environment. The club/bar has reasonable prices, and the facilities are clean and in good order. The restaurant under the clubhouse is excellent too. We loved our stay here.

Very poor maintenance of the mooring bridals. So much marine growth that only one bridal could be used.

Did not enjoy our stay here. For starters, we were charged the wrong amount, they did not honor the Boat US discount that was advertised and did not respond to my email when I asked them to fix it. This mooring field is very close to a power station - not a pretty sight or smell. There are a few low spots in the mooring field (some unmarked) making running aground very possible. They have different radio channels noted in Dockwa and Navionics, but they don't respond to any radio calls. They did answer phone calls, luckily. There's no launch. Our boat was moving a ton in the NE wind - the mooringfield is not at all protected in NE wind. You are so close to the highway that you can hear the hum of traffic and sirens. You're also in a flight path. Do not plan to return here!

We had an outstanding stay at Pequonnock Yacht Club. From the moment we arrived, Pat, the bartender made us feel right at home. Janet and Gerry treated us like old friends and made our visit especially fun. Jen, the second-shift bartender, was just as friendly and welcoming, and Erin, the manager, clearly runs a top-notch operation. The entire club—from the staff to the members- was warm, laid-back, and full of great energy. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you all for the incredible hospitality!

Was not made clear or obvious that this marina does not offer transportation from the moored vessel to docks

Easy in & out - only issue was that two of the "transient" moorings were very close together, so only one was usable, and there was concern of fouling the unused mooring.

It was hard to find my slip. No one would answer the radio or regular phone #. Communication was established by me yelling at the gas dock guy. They need to work on this. Otherwise, nice place. In the end the bartender seemed to be in charge of the docks too. Now I know, always ask the club bartender!!

Great place in New Haven CT if you are traveling to the city. Gas and diesel, pump out station. No slips available, have to use moorings, and have a dinghy to get to shore.

Has a great restaurant on the first floor and bar on the second floor. Showers and laundry worked good. Staff were very helpful. Worth the price!

Nice place for a mooring. Very friendly staff. New Haven isn't exactly a tourist destination, but this place was a good stop.

Helpful person at the bar at the club gave advice and the key card. It was a pleasant night stay on the ball there. Very close to the LIRR station (5 min uber) to drop off my wife who had to return home early.

Great location and facilities. Very friendly people. Top notch restaurant. Please note, there is no launch service. You'll need dinghy.

Nice people. Great local advice over a beer. Mooring field is a very short ride from the dinghy dock. New restaurant on the first floor of the clubhouse was excellent. Great clam chowder and bread. Diesel was cheap compared to other places on Long Island Sound.

This is a beautiful Yacht Club with excellent amenities (showers, washer and dryer for washing clothes) and a panoramic view of New Haven's Harbor. It has an excellent bar with extremely friendly bar staff. There's also a first-floor restaurant that is not part of the Yacht Club but also serves the upstairs Yacht Club.
The only downsides to this destination are that they have no launch service, no dedicated dinghy docks, and when the wind is blowing in from the Sound there's an ungodly foul order from a nearby water treatment facility; I first thought there was a sewer treatment facility nearby.

We enjoyed our two day stay on a mooring and appreciated your wonderful bathrooms that are air conditioned and had hooks and a bench and a toilet and sink
All in one spot making it extremely functional The bar upstairs had wonderful margaritas and the air conditioning during a heat spell was heavenly We are sorry to hear about the boat explosion and hope the man that was injured is okay

The yacht club is not ready for transients. Nice people but lack of info and docks that do not fit to the size of the boat are a recipe for disaster.

Great view from the yacht club bar upstairs. Very welcoming bartender gave us the key to the gate and showers/laundry which were in good shape. We had trouble communicating with the fuel dockhand, but got it sorted out after we picked up the mooring ball. The fuel dock is not staffed on Mon & Tuesdays.
