Safe Harbor Tower Marine

We met Abbey the harbor manager at the boaters lounge while the live music was playing Sat 9/27/25. I made it a point to thank her for making our stay perfect. We have stayed at many Safe Harbor Marinas, but this one was one if not the best so far. The lady in the office was very nice and gave us great detailed directions. We received detailed info on the phone before arriving which doesn’t always happen. We were impressed with Tower Marina and shall return.

Nice place. Steps from yacht club. Nice showers, good amenities. Nearby Southern restaurant made for easy walk to dinner with friends. Helpful dock manager. Easy drive to Douglas or Sagitauk side. Beautiful area.

Robbie was very accommodating. Appreciate all the help.

Great stay and service

We stayed at the Saugatuck Yacht Service Marina. It was great, very nice. Robbie the dock master was awesome, very helpful! We will be staying here again for sure.

We docked for four days this week to get some service done on our motor boat, both scheduled maintenance and repairs. Nick did an excellent job!! We stayed at the Saugatuck Yacht Service marina. It was delightful. Just a couple blocks to walk into town. There were great shops and restaurants. The marina had an awesome fire pit. We would definitely stay there again.

Marina was nice and the people were very friendly. Saugatuck is a great stop! We lucked into awesome Pancake Breakfast for $10!

Tower Marine was great. Robbie was awesome to work with. Docks and piers were well maintained. Marina facilities were clean. Highly recommend them.

Great stay at the Safe Harbor marina on the Saugatuck side. Robbie set things up after I made the reservation, Cameron checked me in in-person, and overall everything went well. Excellent facility and very close to town and all that's happening there. Next year I'll stay longer. Thank you Robbie and Cameron!

The Harbor Master Rob and his wife Rachel were very helpful and friendly, as were all of the boaters we met at the harbor were. The grounds were well kept, facilities were clean and ice machine was full and conveniently located.We were expecting to stay for one night and extended for another. Thanks Rob, for helping us make that happen.

Robbie and his crew were very helpful. They were extremely accommodating, available to help with anything you might need. I would recommend Tower Marine. This next comment is for the entire Kalamazoo Lake area. Recreational watercraft boaters either do not have any boating education, or they don’t care. They do not respect no wake zones, and race right by all the marinas on the lake. Maybe some local policing of the waters would educate.

Marina is not protected from wakes. Need a no wake zone. Boats speed by with no regard for Marina.

Stayed 2 nights to visit friends at the marina. The staff was great, the marina was clean and well maintained. Very happy with our stay and will visit again.

Great People and Great Experiences. A bit pricey for not having a fuel dock and old facilities.

Robbie and his staff were exceptional as always, this is the 5th year we’ve come for the 4th and he treats us like family. The facilities are always clean and everyone is always so helpful. Thank you for an another memorable 4th!

This is our first season staying at Tower. The staff is top notch, hats off to Abby and Drew.

Nice marina. Long walk to facilities but updated bathrooms. Nice docktails area and nice fire pit area. Solid docks. Short dinghy run to dinghy dock in Saugatuck. Dockmaster was very easy to work with and good at communication. A little rocky due to wakes.

We had a great stay here. Robbie perfectly coordinated everything for us from docking to departure. The pool and grounds were excellent. We really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and friendliness of other boaters. The $1 per person (!!) shuttle took us to Saugatuck Brewery and downtown several times. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
