Great location, but docks need work. Also- uThere is 0 security. People were being dropped off all night by our boat and cutting through to Brickell. The door locks did not work either. They advertise a bathroom, but there isn’t one.

No amenities, very expensive for absolutely nothing. Basically a parking lot.
Miami Beach Marina charges the same but has much more to offer.

Not as great as the last time we were there. Fixed concrete docks. We had to prompt Eddy to come help us get in, and the dock he put us at was a bit tricky to back into. No help getting out.

Marina is completely automated. No physical person present to assist with docking, answer any questions, etc. Otherwise, easy to use via DOCKWA app and great location.

You absolutely cannot get any better service, convenience and security in the heart of Miami.......Eddy is absolutely awesome!

Expensive for what you get. No bathroom facilities. Rocky location due to wakes. Old docks with no gate.
HOWEVER Eddy the dockmaster gave us an excellent welcome. If you want to go to downtown Miami restaurants, it's easy access.
Good in a pinch, but we will probably look farther afield next time.

The marina is in a very convenient location for exploring downtown Miami. The dockmaster was very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the slip we was assigned to was not behind a security fence, and we had someone board our boat overnight and take some food out of the refrigerator in the cockpit. Nothing was stolen or damaged other than the food taken. Next time, we'll request a slip in a secured area.

Slow responding to slip requests. No bathrooms, laundry, wifi, ice, fuel, or recycling. No dock hands to help docking. Pluses were location and outstanding water pressure.

A very basic marina, but with good security. Docks are fixed and the wave action is pretty heavy, so you'll need a spring line or two.

The dock-master Eddy was helpful and nice. Other than him, we did not enjoy this marina. They did have electric and water. No fuel, laundry, showers, or pump out (which are needed by transients). There were wakes throughout the night. Airplane noise. On a brighter note there are a lot of shopping and restaurants to choose from.
