Just spent one day and night at this marina..great staff, extremely clean…we were having a diesel mechanic work on our boat…while he was working, I used the time to do laundry…great machines and cheap compared to Newport…while the washer was running, the manager invited me to sit in the lounge, where I was comfortable and dry, since it was a rainy day..will definitely be back…

This Harbor and crew are the best we have found in our region. Wonderful slips, good updated equipment, expeditious service personnel, fine parking and clean well designed amenities. Definitely top shelf place for power and sail. Very trustworthy!

Great staff and a prime location make this a gem in the Safe Harbor family of marinas. Great pool area overlooking the Sakonnet River. Super clean and spacious restrooms and an nice neighborhood for walking. No restaurant on site but can recommend the very nearby “15 Point Rd”

Safe Harbor Sakonnett offered a relaxing two-day respite during our recent four-week cruise. The facility is first rate, as is the staff. The pool was an unexpected pleasurer. The marina's in a neighborhood and there's no local anything other than a modest convenience store, so be prepared.
We were back for a second year and the marina remains first rate. Groceries ordered from Stop & Shop came right to the marina, so no concerns for provisions. It’s a great stop if you’re cruising and need a do-nothing day or two.

We needed service on our powerboat. Dave and his crew came to the mooring, picked up the boat in the pouring rain, transferred it to a great slip, completed the repairs and allowed us to use the slip a few days until we were able to get underway. Great place!

Super friendly community. Dock hands are always available. Restrooms are cleaned several times a day. No restaurants in walking distance, but several delivery options available. Pump out and fuel available.

This is a great marina with very friendly dock staff. About 5 of them came over to help us dock. The bathrooms were new and beautiful. Recently renovated. The entry to the marina (North yard) is a little tight especially at low tide. Beware of the tides if you have a sailboat and stay close to the docks as you round the winding channel. Everyone there seemed very friendly. The surrounding neighborhood is very cute and you can walk to a little convenience store for some quick supplies.

Tight maneuvering in the marina, but nice composite floating docks, and very well protected. Decent, clean facilities. Not much in the neighborhood. There is a pool, but it was closed for the season.

Location is quite and beautiful. Staff friendly and attentive. Only downside is you need transportation for coffee, food , etc...

The max LOA we are able to accommodate is 60 feet. We have a limited number of 50'+ slips. If you fall into this LOA range and your date is unavailable, please feel free to add yourself to our waitlist and we will contact you if space becomes available.
