I stopped to stage for the bridge and lock. I arrived about 10 PM and the dock master was there to help me tie up. Facilities are a little tired, but very adequate.

For years now I have been stopping over at Atlantic Yacht Basin (AYB) and I have always been treated AMAZINGLY well! They go above and beyond to try to accommodate any requests and have always taken great care of me. Kevin (Dockmaster) and his staff are VERY experienced and are great when docking, refueling, etc. They also double as the facilities security patrol during the nightshift. The yard's office staff are fabulous and the lead mechanic (James Taylor and the assistant yard manager (Marty) are top-notch. Marty is also a licensed captain in the event you are gone and your vessel needs moved around at the yard. The parts department staff are very knowledgeable and capable when needing routine or, unique items. I have brought various types and sizes of vessels through there and I have always had a good experience.

Welcoming and professional. It’s important to remember that this is PRIMARILY a working boat yard. Consider transient accommodations as a side hustle that they do pretty well. The bathrooms are older but cleanish. Hands are professional and good fuel options. You will need to Uber to most anything. We lucked out with friends in the area to get us about.

Docked two nights at AYB so I could find a replacement raw water pump for stbd engine. Located pump on 2nd day at 2 o'clock and mechanic was there at 2:30 to replace so we could get underway next day ! Awesome service !

Dock crew met and took care of of lines/hookups. They had a happy our in our honor. lol Nice stay and got an early jump on the ICW.

Perfect spot in great fuel prices here. Staff was great. Just watch out for the bridge. It’s not opening very often only four times a day.great location and the staff is awesome. My boat is getting work done there now and it’s a perfect spot. Thank You all.

The staff were very responsive by radio or telephone. Helpful getting off and on the dock. Great place to stop for the night before or after going through the Great Bridge Lock. They have electrical hook-up, Black tank pump out, water, Fuel, oil disposal etc. 0.3 mile walk to a restaurants (we went to a Chilli’s.

Under new ownership and new monthly dockage policies, I can no longer give AYB 5 stars. Monthly rates have increased to $555 per month, which is still a deal. However, unlike other marinas and AYP’s former policy, the monthly rate is now only available from the first of the month to the last day of the month. For example, we arrived May 20 and were charged for the whole month! Our plan was to stay 30 days until June 20, and we were going to be charged $444 for May at the old rate, and $555 for June at the new rate. $999 for 30 days.

Well located stop. Everything we needed. Staffed 24x7. Laundry, water, elec. No current. Easy in and out. Walmart delivered groceries to the marina parking lot.

We have been very happy with AYB in the past. The location is amazing. James Taylor is a top professional who did his best for us with winter storage and a punch list We were, however, very disappointed with incomplete work items and a consequent two week delay in starting our cruise. When we finally were able to leave, we were treated in an extremely unfriendly and unprofessional manner by one of the senior executives.

Had a great stay for a few days. Assistance at the fuel dock and a pump out was great. Moved to a transient berth and again they couldn't have been any better. Bathroom was clean but busy. Plenty of shopping within walking distance. Great stop!
