PORT 32 Tierra Verde

Very nice no problems

We have been on a month long boat trip. We started in Sanibel, visited Boca Grande, Venice, Sarasota, Anna Maria, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Madeira Beach, Tierra Verde and Manasota Key. Tierra Verde was our favorite. The slips are nice, the staff is great, and the restaurant/bar is fun and has great food. It’s also very nice to have the pool to hang out at. Our boat only has a small sleeping area in one of the catamaran hulls so it’s nice to have another area with different people. It’s also a short boat ride for a day trip to Fort DeSoto State Park, Egmont Key and Anna Maria. We will go back with Tierra Verde as our destination.

The marina and facilities were meticulously well maintained. Staff was great.

We had an excellent experience with Port 32, very helpful staff, very nice store with great apparel, they even offer free coffee and free beer for guests! The channel measure 8' or more all the way into slip and back out, no depth issues for us. Restaurant within walking distance was nice with great drinks. We plan to visit the. Again and would recommend trying them out if you are close.

Great place great location

Pretty nice Marina with a few restaurants to walk to. Docks are difficult to tie up to no cleats and for a smaller boat, the dolphin pilings were way out and far apart difficult to get a line around

Port 32 is in a great location. The docks are in a good state of repair, although there are no cleats. (easier on the toes, but more difficult to moor up) Dave, Trini, and Joe are wonderful to deal with. They have consistently gone the extra mile to make sure my stay was pleasant. There is one guy with the typical arrogant attitude. This is typical of most marinas and a result of too little competition in the marina market. The main reason I only give 3 stars is the shower facilities. They leave quite a bit to be desired. There is nowhere to hang a towel and nothing on which to place your belongings to keep them off the wet floor. The water pressure is extremely low and the shower heads are in dire need of replacement. Unfortunately, many of these marinas have been bought up by the large private equity groups. Their primary focus is on the larger boats with the higher revenue potential. As long as you catch the right folks in the office, you will have a pleasant experience

Facility and staff were great

We conducted a multi-day photo shoot out of this location. Joe, Trini, and the rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating with our unique requests. This location is very convenient to St. Pete boating locations. We will definitely be back.

Trini admitted to damaging my boat, the underside where it lands on the bunks, so it was clearly their issue...said they would take care of it. Then 3 days later said they wouldn't and I was on my own. If you want an overpriced boat yard with sub standard service, chose port 32!
