Clayton Harbor Municipal Marina

Helpful employees. Very clean restrooms

Being so early in the season we were the only boat in the marina. The docks and pedestals were in excellent condition and the bathrooms were spotless and even had towels for the shower! Easy approach from the river it is located on the edge of town near the main street with restaurants, shops and an antique boat museum all within in walking distance. The town and marina are definitely worth a visit.

This should be a go to for anyone on the river. Staff is well trained and eager to help when needed. The manager Abbey makes everyone more than welcome. The restaurants in the area are fairly reasonable with Happy Hours for drinks and appetizers Clean and well maintained throughout the whole facility Another nice touch is the local grocery store has a pickup service which has been implemented again this past season for essentials you may run out of with a great bakery and produce section. Try to get here several times over the summer and will continue to do so in years to come

Good staff nice docks great location. First stay was excellent. Unfortunately second stay was horrible. Wind went to northeast . The water was so rough it pulled a cleat out of the dock. It also thru one of the dock floats out. Terrible night

Nice clean marina with the friendliest staff.

Great Docks, clean and quiet. Only suggestion is make sure all slips that are reserved have a sign on them. We returned in the evening from all day outing and someone was tied up in our slip. This should never happen. We had to put our boat in another slip for the night

Very nice dock with excellent access to downtown and easy bike ride to grocery. Restrooms were nice and clean although one shower and toilet stall (men’s) not really enough should the marina get busy. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location with 700 ft freighters passing in front of marina. Clayton has made many upgrades to their waterfront. The marina is clean with movable cleats to match your boat length. 2025 update: This Marina is still one of the best around. The power posts could use some cleaning from.spider crap and bugs.

Nice, newer marina. Close to town, Clayton is a nice village with high end restaurants and stores that reflect the affluence of the town's summer residents. Problem with payment is unresolved, billed for 2 30 amp service but post only had a single connection. Dock hand could not change the bill or refund the fee, and Dockwa did not offer an option.

Clayton Harbor Municipal is a great marina...They always treat us exceptionally :-)

Excellent marina. Clean facilities and end of dock slip was great. Easy hook up for water and electric and reasonable prices. Easily the nicest dockage in town.

We enjoyed our stay at Clayton Harbor. The docks are in good condition and the bathrooms are clean. There are laundry machines in the women's bathroom. It is a short walk into the small town of Clayton where there are plenty of restaurants and a hardware store too. The pumpout is self serve but is easily accessible. We had a little trouble raising someone on the radio when we came in, but nobody else we talked to had that problem, so it was probably just bad timing for us.
