Great marina Great Dock Master Rick. Great local restaurants. Only one thing missing at the Hyatt place was a place for Marina guests to take a shower.

Another 5-star docking experience with Dockmaster Rick. He took his time making sure we were tied up just right and then helped us offload our gear and even got us to our hotel via his supersized golf cart. This was our 2nd annual overnight at his marina and it is our go-to any time we’re in Kent Narrows.

Rick the Dock Master was an unbelievable asset to getting tied up during a pending Hurricane Erin we had to stay an extra night to avoid the weather and Rick was most accommodating for our extra stay Thanks Much Rick

Hotel is nice and you get breakfast (at least we did). Dockmaster was great. There is an indoor small pool. The slips were spacious. Only downside was no showers or bathrooms for transient boaters. Not an amazing view but the area is pretty nice. Near a few restaurants. It was a good stay for one night.

Easy docking, large slip. Do wish more cleats were available for aft lines. Dockmaster was very responsive!

We had a great stay at the Hyatt and would recommend it to everyone. The dockmaster, Rick, was spot on being thorough and communicative before our arrival. Being situated on the southern part of the Narrows bridge offers much easier walkability.

Good location, friendly and efficient dock master, nice to also have hotel amenities. Plenty of poles to tie off properly in a storm.

Great marina and hotel amenities. Check currents. 1+ kts in the slips. Sailboats may have plenty of depth in the slip but low tide may not be able to get out. I draw 7.5 and bumped. If entering from south stay west of G3 and G5 (out of channel) for deeper water.

Rick is a phenomenal Dockmaster. He actually helped us on multiple occasions coming back in after a cruise. Wind and water kicked up and he was only a text away. Highly recommended.

Not a great place to dock. No cleats on the dock to tie up your boat. Dock master was very helpful.

Dock manager very responsive, providing docking information and even checked our lines the following morning for any issues. Slips were nice, various sizes available, which is helpful when needing spring lines. Overall, great experience, will return!
