The center itself was fine. We were especially impressed with the dock hand, William. That boy worked his tail off, often running down the docks to help boaters docking. However, the bathrooms were disgusting and not cleaned often enough.

Docks rough shape. Wood and screws sticking out, almost scratch hull. Inlet in and out 2ft at low tide.

Power hook up was working well and Whales Tale always fun and pool pleasant.
Dock assistance was weak. No one picked up for a while for our slip assignment and our dock support was inexperienced. Bathrooms were untidy...only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper available for 3 women's stalls. One slip played music loudly all night and into the morning,

I have been to Britannia several times in the past and always had a wonderful experience. However, my biggest issue this time were the bathrooms. Very dirty, mold on the ceiling, broken shower curtains, little toilet paper and no hot water. Not worth the $200 dollars for the night in my opinion. Hope they read this and make corrections because I would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very helpful and everyone was so nice. So clean and everyone was so accommodating. The nearby restaurants was a savior since it rained and we didn’t have far to walk. Docking in town was easy and the town of Northport was very quaint. Definitely will be returning. Thanks again for a great weekend.

A great stay as always. We truly enjoy coming here each season for at least one long weekend. Facilities are great and the dock crew is excellent. A beautiful well maintained pool is on site.
There are two restaurants both worth the visit for sure. There is one thing though. There should be a place for coffee and a bagel or small breakfast.
One great surprise was a barbecue on Sat afternoon. Hot dogs, hamburgers, sausage, salads, desserts and beverages. For all on the dock. It was free of charge and it was such a great gesture from the staff.
Great stay as always. Thanks to the staff and crew.
