Landings Marina

Jeremy and Rolland are very friendly and helpful. They went out of there way providing excellent support during our stay. This was our 2nd visit and we intend to visit again should we have the opportunity. Thanks guys!

Yes, we really enjoyed our stay at the Landings marina. Jeremy was wonderful. The dock space is abundant very little wave action. Very convenient for the city in the bathroom facilities as well as laundry facilities are awesome. It must stay when you’re in Rockland. We will return. Mike - Mezmerize

A super marina in every respect -- washer & dryer are first class (and complimentary) the staff are wonderful and the docks are close to many of the great spots in Rockland.

The Landings is an excellent marina. Clean, well-maintained facilities away from the commercial & fishing docks, and easy walking distance to downtown. The owner greeted us on arrival and was helpful with information. Highly recommended!

Another great stay at the Landings Marina.we’ve staying here once a summer for the last 3 years. Safe, convenient, easy walk to town to look around and enjoy great food and music. The Landings restaurant is very good and has had a band each time we’ve been here. We’ll be back next summer for sure

They were fabulous. Loved the untimed showers and free laundry services . It made all the difference to have clean sheets, clean towels … and clean us!

For the current fee of $55 you get a white plastic ball and a location within the harbor that is relatively roll free and a short dinghy ride from the dock, and provides excellent proximity to Hamilton Marine and Main Street shops. There are no facilities.

Of all marina choices you have in Rockland - this is where you wish to go! Helpful, considerate and always with a smile! Added to this are free clean spacious showers… free laundry (newer machines)…. Close to restaurants, nice walk on the boardwalk, Lulu’s ice cream! Just loved it!

Very nice people and helpful. Gas right at our dock when ready to leave. Nice restaurant onsite, we ate at both nights we were there.

Excellent service when we arrived. Also, the marina has been physically upgraded since we last visited. Only downside of this Harbor is a lot of rolling from passing ship traffic. We will visit again.

Roland has improved the experience 100% since he became owner. And his new manager Jeremy is very customer focused. They are very accommodating. Our fav marina!

Not a complaint just a recommendation that if your traveling with a dog, you should request a mooring close to the marina. We had quite a commute from our mooring in our dinghy. We like Rockland as a destination and this Marina is in a good location.

We’ve been staying at Landings Marina for years during our annual downeast cruise. We’ve never been disappointed, and for that reason we’ve never stayed anyplace else in Rockland Harbor. The location is within east walking distance to the terrific downtown which includes the Farnsworth art museum. Today we’re listening to a weekend long blues festival that we can hear from the marina. One year our visit coincided with the annual lobster festival. We consider stopping in Rockland a must, and wouldn’t stay anywhere but Landings Marina. Update August 2-4, 2024: The Marina suffered such heavy damage in the winter storms that we weren’t sure they’d open. But open they did, with a lot of structural changes. The changes are positive from our perspective and we had the usual great Rockland visit. We took in the terrific First Friday Art Walk, ate a lovely dinner at Rustica on Main Street, visited the Maine Lobster Festival the next day, and could hear live music from our mooring. 2025 update: we had a slip for the first time because we got a dog after many years without one, and the experience was nothing but positive. Very friendly community of slip holders. Also, the laundry room has great new washers and dryers, and they’re free…no supply of quarters required. We haven’t seen that anywhere else.
