About Slips at Chartroom
Enjoy your meal without the worry of docking fees, we offer 3 fixed slips and an 80' floating dock, completely free to use while you dine with us!
Arriving by tender? We’ve got you covered with a convenient Dinghy Dock as well.

30-Amp electric, Wi-Fi and water included Complimentary designated parking for slip holders and their guests across the street Lockable dock boxes On-site management Unloading right at your boat Quick access to Lake Michigan with no bridges Extra wide area for docking and turnaround Dockside pump-out service available for $50 per time
Optional access to amenities at River’s End Marina - For an additional $175 per season, you may purchase a key from River’s End Marina that provides access to: Laundry facilities Showers Restrooms Clubhouse
2026 Rates: $50/night $300/week $800/month $2,200/season (April 1-October 31)
