Amara Cay Resort Dock

The slips were not good or convenient to use at all. There needs to be a walkway dock out to the pole. Definitely need some TLC.

We received at phone call at 6:30pm while we were out to dinner with friends from the resort after having the boat there 2 days that we were in the wrong spot and we needed to move our boat . Our tag said the correct number that our boat was in . The resort did not communicate with the marina and misplaced us . We infact were NOT in the wrong slip . When we checked in the resort had given us the wrong slip number that there was a reservation for the one we were in after we had been there for 2 days . There was 5 other slips available and not sure why we were told we had to move the boat rather then the resort fixing it and having the “new” reservation go in one of the open slips . The lady at the resort was very rude and hung up on me . Very disappointing . We have been coming to Amara Cay the last 4 summers and will not be back due to the lack of service . This was just one incident.
