No hesitation, I highly recommend this marina, I am 125 % satisfy with the service provided by George, the owner. He provides professional services and he is always ready to help. My boat has been store there for the last two winter. You will not find better prices and services around! George is also Canadian.

I have stored my 38 foot sloop at Lighthouse Marina since 2019. It has been an excellent experience, without any drawbacks. George responds to reasonable requests in record time, and his services come at a very reasonable price. On top of all this, the marina is located in the lovely village of Rouses Point. I highly recommended this marina.

It’s three years I’m at Mooring at the Marina. George, the owner, is helpful, calm and resourceful. I know my boat is safe there. We enjoy the place near everything and very friendly. And, for sure, we love the price, too! It is hard to find such a combination on the lake. I will recommend to anyone.

Had to leave the boat in dry dock this summer. I knew my boat was in good hands a t Lighthouse Marina. The owner sent periodic updates throughout the summer, letting us know everthing was good with the boat. Always great service at Lighthouse Marina

Great marina, very calm and welcoming. George is always friendly, easy to talk with and quick to help. The docks and moorings are solid, and I felt my boat was safe there. The village of Rouses Point is cute and convenient — everything you need is nearby. I’m really happy with my stay and would recommend Lighthouse Marina to anyone.

George, the owner, is the most valuable asset of this location. He is always helpful, calm and ressourceful. He doesn't count his time or his efforts to help in the best way he can. I know my boat is safe there, either at the mooring or in the yard. Over that, we love the small village with everything you need at hand. And, for sure, we love the price, too! It is hard to find such a combination on the lake.

2024 was my first season at Lighthouse Marina. I was absolutely delighted. George is pleasant, accommodating and customer oriented. When he says he has the best prices on the lake, summer and winter, he is telling the truth. The location at the top of the lake is perfect for us, the closest to home and ideal for how we boat. George and Lighthouse Marina are on point when it comes to Shining bright and leading the way for sailors on Lake Champlain. This DIY boatyard has been a great spot to refit my sailboat. George is always there to help, and accommodate in anyway he can. The town is small but has plenty of essentials for parts and food. Id have to say its a 10. 10 Plus. Borderline Eleven

When am by ma hunter 33.5 am looking for the good place for storage for the winter !! The Lighthouse marina give me the most closer for the good price for park me sailboat !! The manager George was the best men for take care and provide me the serenity about my storage place 5 years later me always satisfy about the professional service !!! My sailboat was under the care of George at lighthouse for the better part of the last decade. The owner of the marina is a very meticulous, knowledgeable and helpful individual who goes out of his ways to lend a helping hand. He will take the time and attention your boat needs and I took comfort knowing he was handling and caring for my sailboat. The installations at the marina are basic but are ideal for diy'ers who love to work on their boats.

I'M in that marina since 2018 and we love the place not far from the border and George the owner is very open and helpful and the dock avec very large and good quality Few store in town and nice place to leave your boat in winter.

Super service for Travelers lifts need to unload boat from trailer to trailer quick response 5 start

Our 60 ton Marine Travelift was easily able to lift your 33' flybridge boat from dropdeck trailer and safely block in boatyard until Canadian shipper arrived. We shared photos of M/V Janelle as she was being loaded onto hydraulic trailer and prepped for her short trip across the U.S.- Canada border. Glad we were able to take away your concerns and were able to facilitate transport from NYC to Montreal. Love this marina! Great location, cute little village. The owner, George, is reliable, fair, good vibes, provides excellent splash/haul-out services and is always making improvements on the property. Moorings are very secure – the lake didn't get a ton of big breezes this year but it's good peace of mind for when they do. Prices are GREAT. Having that new dog park just across the road at the community center & fields is super helpful. Can't wait for the BYOR (bring your own rum) tiki bar to open next year! :D
